ABOUT LETTERPRESS

Letterpress is one of the world's oldest forms of printing. Despite advancements in digital technologies, people love letterpress in stationery design because of its tactile beauty. Each color is mixed by hand and each piece of paper is handfed into our vintage Chandler and Price Press, a 115+ year old printing machine. The Letterpress printing process uses raised type, the impact on the printing paper from the raised letters result in the signature embossed feel of the printing process.

MATERIALS

Cards are letterpress printed on a 100% cotton; tree-free paper specially designed to showcase the sculptural qualities of letterpress printing. Card comes with an envelope that matches the card stock. Printing inks are archival and designed to last the test of time.
