Returns & Refunds
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit depending on the item purchased.
To make a return:
- Items must still be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged condition.
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items.
We cannot accept returns of Customized Products, but we can issue a refund after a review of why the item has not met the customer’s expectations. After review, if Hearty Greetings finds the reason to be acceptable, a refund will be issued.
To return a product, send the product back to Hearty Greetings, 653 S. Eton Street, Birmingham, MI 48009 via USPS along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
If a mistake was made on your order by Hearty Greetings, a refund will be issued, or replacement of the item will be sent to the customer with free shipping.
