ORDER PROCESSING:
- Please allow 1-3 Business Days to process your order of Greeting Cards, Notecards, Art Prints, and Non-Custom Handmade Books.
- Please allow 3-7 Business Days to process your order of Custom Stationery items.
- Please allow 10-15 Business Days AFTER final approval to process your order of Custom Wedding Stationery items. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know we have received your order of any Wedding Stationery item.
- Please allow 1-2 Weeks to process your order of Custom Handmade Book items. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know we have received your order of any Custom Handmade Book item.

Orders can be picked up by appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: For items in the Wedding Shop for Domestic Orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
HEARTY GREETINGS offers international shipping. International Shipping of Custom Stationery items, Greeting Cards, Notecards, Handmade Books, Custom Book items and Art Prints will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Priority Mail International is available for International Orders for a flat fate of $74.60 USD which includes tracking information and estimated arrival time of 8-20 days upon shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HEARTY GREETINGS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of non-customized shop items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at laura@heartygreetings.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
